Will the ceremony and reception be at the same place?

Yes, the entire day will take place at Beamish Hall, making things nice and easy.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is formal. Suits or black tie are welcome, as are cocktail or formal dresses. We’d love everyone to dress up and feel their best.

Is parking available?

Yes, there is a large car park at the venue which should accodomate everyone.

Do we need to do anything in the meantime?

For now, all you need to do is RSVP and arrange your accommodation for the night. Once we’ve finalised the menu, we’ll get in touch with everyone who’s RSVP’d to collect your meal choices and any dietary requirements.

Will there be food and drinks provided?

We’ll be providing a three-course wedding breakfast, with additional food served in the evening.
As the ceremony takes place around lunchtime, we’d recommend having a good breakfast beforehand.

There will also be a bar to purchase drinks, and complimentary toasting fizz to help us celebrate.

Will the DJ be taking requests?

Absolutely! We’re happy to take requests, but please check with us first, mostly to make sure you don’t accidentally pick something we can’t stand.

Fair warning: we also have a ban list. Those songs and artists are there for a reason, and no amount of persuasion will get them played.

Do you have a gift list?

If you’re feeling generous and would like to give a gift, we’d be very grateful. We’ll be adding a gift registry to the site soon to make things easier.
