The following accommodation rates are available to book:

Classic double or twin- £139.00

Deluxe double or twin- £159.00

Premier double- £229.00

Feature suite - £249.00

Charron Apartment - £349.00 (based on 4 guests)

All quoted rooms are based on 2 people sharing and inclusive of breakfast. Extras beds can be added to some of their deluxe/premier rooms at a supplement of £30.00 per child/per night. (Payable on arrival)

If you would like to make a reservation, please contact reservations@beamish-hall.co.uk or 01207 233 733 and quote 'Ross & Wilson Wedding'. They will require a £50 non-refundable deposit per night on booking with the remaining balance due on check in at the hotel.

Hotel check in is strictly 3pm and check out at 11am.

As both the ceremony and reception will take place at Beamish Hall, we’d recommend staying there to make things as easy as possible. Rooms are available to book now exclusively for wedding guests, but we’d suggest booking early to guarantee a room if you’d like to stay at the venue. After 27 March 2026, any remaining rooms will be released to the general public.
